Refund and Returns Policy

At Radhey Fine Jewellery, we strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Due to the nature of our business and the custom-made nature of many of our products, we have a strict no return or refund policy:

No Returns or Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery and the exclusivity of our designs, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of damaged or defective items (see below).

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer either a replacement or repair based on our evaluation.

Custom Orders: As custom jewellery is made to specific requirements and designs, these cannot be returned or refunded unless a defect is found upon delivery.

Exchange: We do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
