Custom Orders Policy
We pride ourselves on creating unique, custom-made jewellery pieces to meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients. Our custom order policy is as follows:
Design Approval: Once a custom design is finalized, a detailed agreement and design approval must be signed by both parties. This will outline the specifications, materials, and cost associated with the custom piece.
Order Processing: Custom orders typically take 30 days from design approval to completion. Timelines may vary based on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials.
Deposit and Final Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total price is required before we begin production of custom orders. The remaining balance must be paid before the item is shipped.
Alterations: Once a custom order is in production, any changes or alterations to the design may not be possible. Please ensure all details are finalized before giving approval.
